My recent order isn’t showing in my account

When a recent order isn’t appearing in your account, it’s usually due to a slight typo in the email address entered during checkout. Send us a message with the details of your purchase and we’ll see what we can do to help.

Don’t forget to include your first and last name, the full delivery address, the name of the child the item is for, and the date in which the order was placed.
