Sometimes our order confirmation emails can be a bit delayed, but more often than not they've just been gobbled up by spam or junk filters. It might be worth having a peek in your email’s junk or spam folder for your confirmation.
If it’s still missing, and you’re not able to view the order from your account page, then it may just be a case of a slight typo in the email address entered during checkout.
